Your tasks:

• Content and community management support for our own social channels and those of our customers (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)
• Research/brainstorming
• Writing target group-specific postal texts
• Creating image and video content
• Monitoring of social media channels
• Identifying and reaching out to influencers
• Support in creating reports and press reviews
• Site maintenance
• Create PowerPoint presentations
• Documentation & Administration: Maintaining test product lists, maintaining journalist and influencer databases (Zimpel), press releases and sending test products
• Support in organizing and holding trade fairs & events
• Assistance in identifying and reaching out to influencers

Your qualification:

• First experience in the areas of communication, public relations and/or social media content management is desirable
• Written and spoken German
• Affinity for topics related to the toy and baby and toddler industries
• Confident appearance, open and communicative manner
• Organizational
• Quick comprehension and independent, structured way of working

• Independent writing and sending of press releases, advertorials and other pieces of text
• Proactive media and influencer relations
• Management of social media channels, corporate blogs and websites
• Customer service and advice
• Conception, organization & on-site support of trade fairs and events
• Campaign work — from idea to implementation
• Establishment and expansion of the press and influencer distribution list
• Preparation of presentations, reports & press reviews

Your qualification:

• Completed traineeship in a communications agency, press office, corporate communications, etc.
• Completed bachelor's or master's degree in the field of humanities communication sciences or a comparable degree program
• High level of ability to work in a team and personal initiative
• First experiences in media & influencer relations, online communication and social media
• A confident and creative writing style
• Safe use of MS Office programs and an image editing program such as Photoshop
• Good to very good spoken and written English skills
